Introducing Boxing Fitness at Sheepdog!
Sheepdog Jujitsu is proud to announce its new exercise program, Boxing Fitness. Classes are every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at noon, starting Tuesday, May 14. This class will focus on the fitness aspects of boxing and not sparring. Boxing is an excellent way to stay in shape as it involves full-body movement, footwork, punching, and evasion techniques that work the core. It is also a fun, active way to relieve stress and burn a lot of calories. In a one-hour workout, for example, you can burn over 500 calories.
