Micah Stockton

Professor Micah Stockton has trained Martial Arts with real world application since 1999. He has extensive training in Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, Muay, Thai, and wrestling. Micah has over 50 fights in Mixed Martial Arts and boxing, having won multiple professional championships. A Former Marine Sergeant, Professor Stockton served in a combat role, deploying as a Marine to Iraq and leading Sheepdogs under the toughest of conditions. He has taught the tactics and techniques necessary numerous times to large airline companies to avoid another tragedy like we had on 9/11. With extensive experience teaching women, children and men who want to improve their tools and better protect themselves and those around them, Micah is well known as one of the most sought-after instructors to learn from in the local Tulsa community.

I would highly recommend Sheepdog Jiu-Jitsu. My 6 year old son started when wrestling season ended and it has been a blessing. We used the free lesson to see what it was like and haven't looked back. Professor Hayes and Stockton are caring, phenomenal teachers, and extremely patient. Each class there is time set aside where the kids grapple with each other to implement what's been taught which is crucial to learning how to use the moves in real-life situations.
